Event kicks off at 11:30, but we need to be there by 10:30 to set up our table. The event is in the lower lot of the WNC Farmer’s Market – drive through the main gate, down the hill and curve around to your right – follow the road all the way around to the lower level where you should see a big tent/set up for the event.
For our table, let’s think through what we want to represent and accomplish – some info about the different things we currently do (HHI-UI, Peace Gardens & Market, etc.), but a big focus on the Blue Note Junction and encourage folks to donate/contribute to the project.
Do we have everything we need to set up an attractive and engaging table? What are we missing?
